I believe it's MPH because when you program the unit, the last digit has to be a "C" to convert MPH reading to KM/PH. It's in the operating instruction supplied.
Have fun with your mod.
Also be careful if your tank is full of gas when raising it, I heard gas a can come out of the tank's...
Now I thinking there is still some wrong with the vent lines or tank because tonight I filled up on the way home and in the mail was my speedo healer. So I remove the front inner fairing raised the tank did the install with the tank vertical for twenty minutes and no gas ever drained from the...
Speedo Healer installed and working great. It's as easy as removing the inner fairing. Lift the tank unplug the tank wires if needed, plug in the harness into speed coupler, mount the unit and program your setting. Then put the tank down making necessary connections. Insert the inner...
I received my speedo healer and harness today 8/4/08. :D Thanks Ben for all your hard work to make this happen so smoothly. I know what I'm working on tonight. Later Guys
Wolfc70 you may have been right. Well I know I will not be starting the motor with the tank raised up anymore or without at least a full tank of gas. I'm glad she's back to normal.
Well my bike started right up as usual ,then I pulled the bolts out of the vents and nothing happen she kept on running. So I shut off the motor and tried to restart and it fired right back up with no problems.
I'm not sure if something was suck and freed itself overnight but so far so...

The stock chain will work with a 15t up front and a 48t in the rear. Which really made running through the gears a lot quicker. Front end gets very light :D when shifting into 2nd.
I'm still waiting to hook up my speedo healer (should be here this week) to find out what highway speed...

I also had a hard time believing a drain hose could cause this problem but I'm positive both hoses go to the tank. I traced them about four times before yesterday's post. Plus when lowering the tank I had to pull them as the tank lowered into position. The only thing I can think of is...
Today I was completing the Dual H4 Headlight Mod w along with installing a K&N Air Filter. When I raised the gas tank the vent hoses let off a lot of built up pressure and rusty water or old fuel came out of the hoes, they had been kinked underneath the tank by the dealer or previous owner. I...
Great, I just put a 15 tooth in front and 48 out back with a stock length chain but the speedo is way off. Please let me know who and when to send paypal payment. Thanks Ken:rockon:
