Ok Bd43, the next step is to contact Yamaha and start supplying your cable to them in bulk for factory installation. After you secure the contract turn your basement into a light cable harness factory and pump them out by the truck load. Obviously they had an oversight in the wiring harness...

I am in Canada and when I bought my bike the sales guy had to go through this check sheet provided by Yamaha. He had to show me things like where the oil filter was, oil cap, rear brake, etc. One of the things he said and checked off on the sheet was to always fill the bike with premium (91)...
I have side fairings just like you but I really really dont want to cut them. Is there anyone online that sells offsets? Anyone have experience with them?

I just installed the Full side fairings on my bike and I want to protect them and the bike with some frame sliders. Can anyone provide me with a link or manufacture that makes them no cut for fairings? The ones that I seen so far are all cut type and I cant bring myself to cut into my new...
