So I was playing around with my new jacket last night and found that I can remove the elbow and sholder pad from the jacket. I really like the feel of the jacket with out the extra pads cause I feel like I can really move around now. What do you guys think, is it safe to ride without them...

I know it has been discussed before but I never was able to find a definite answer. Will the front fender, or hugger, off a 07 fit on a 06. I like how the 07 comes in the color.
