Thanks for the input, but I think the price is fair considering the low miles and aftermarket mods. The naked conversion is far from cheap. I would be willing to sell it for $3400 without the naked kit (so with the stock upper fairing re-installed) if anyone is interested in doing that...

Does anyone know if these can be swapped straight across without any modifications to convert either bike?
