I'm about to do a switch to the Buell headlight myself and had a quick question...
Does the headlight come with the appropriate wiring harness (for the buell light) or do I have to buy that separate?
If it's a separate part, can someone point me to the correct part#?
Thanks
Title says it, I'm looking for:
- Stock or FZ-1 handlebar
-stock left footpeg
-stock left mirror
My bike's an '04 if that matters.
Figured I'd check here before buying new.
Shoot me a PM if you have any or all and we can talk (CONUS preferred just to keep shipping low).
Nice lists...I got a chuckle out of it :D
I wave at everyone on a bike if it's safe to do so. If I don't get one in return, I figure either they didn't see me, or they're a $#@*ing A-hole/elitist/etc...either way, it doesn't affect my mood in the slightest.
1. Looks...I love the under-tail exhaust and the lines of the bike in general (the only thing I don't like--make that "hate"--are those f'ing "bug antenna" mirrors). I get a lot of compliments and "hey, what is that" comments.
2. Versatility...tame or nasty depending on your mood.

put the clamps on so you have a loop on each end, run cable through chin bar and around something solid (grab...
I think it's worth a try...they have a ton of different lens tints to choose from. You can get on their website to see the effect of the various lenses (what it looks like to be looking through them).
I don't recall seeing anything like that in the statutes for my state. That said, Oakley...
I switch between clear and smoke for night/day riding. That said, I also wear sunglasses both day and night. I have two pairs of Oakley Half-jackets, one with dark lenses for daytime riding, and one with what they call a "Persimmon" tint (kind of a pink/orange color) for night.
Why...
+1...If I know the road and can see ahead, I'll play it a little tighter. Otherwise, I take it a little wider to allow for the unexpected (traffic, debris on road, whatever).
