    The chain slack is fine but neither the wife or myself are exactly light weights, so when we are both on the bike it may be a bit tight. I will try slackening it a little and see if that works. Thanks for your advice.

    Hello. Has anyone else experienced this problem? I have a 2005 FZ6 Fazer. When the bike is hot it is almost impossible to change down to a lower gear. This problem usually happens when the wife and I are on the bike. Can anyone give me any ideas?
