I have field tested an HJC IS-16 at 55mph face first. Was struck by a deer on left side of helmet, knocked faceshield off. Then I slid face first down the road. I ended up with a fractured nose and a minor brain hemorage. It was good enough to save my life, that's what matters most!

I checked the clearance on the hugger, I have a finger width of space between tire and hugger. Ill have to order a wheel alignment tool (I liked the one in the video). Alignment being an issue makes sense, that's what I get for trusting the stealership to do a simple task I didn't have the tools...

No felt wheel wobble at any speed (took it up into high 80's to check)

Just had new tires put on two days ago. at speeds below 10 mph when I'm dragging the rear brake or just coasting about to stop I'm hearing a rubbing noise from the front left of the bike. It's not constant and it doesn't pulse. Thought it might be chain so i relubed it. Still hearing noise...

I have had them on my bike for 2 days. Have 150mi on them and I love them. I'm coming off pilot powers and the dunlops feel better. A bit tippy upon initial turn it but very solid once leaned over. Haven't tested them in rain yet.

Noob question, I'm def interested but how are we paying?

I currently have pilot powers on mine, stick pretty good on dry pavement, spin up on wet. UPS delivered a set of dunlop roadsmart 2's yesterday haven't mounted them yet, but a guy I work with swears by the roadsmart 1's (he rides a 1200 bandit).

I say park it till all healed up... When my dad was young he was stationed in Hawaii, got away with riding his bike to work for a week with a cast on his right leg (result of a motorcycle accident) until they threatened to give him an article 15 for endangering government property...

Hey guys, picked up a black 2008 FZ6 last Monday. It's my second bike, first one was a 2011 Honda CBR250R that was totalled at the end of March (You wouldn't believe the story). Loving the FZ6 so far (put about 300 mi on it) great for day to day commute and digging the top end power.
