The described behaviour is "normal" in the sense that it happens to all of us FZ6 users, but it certainly doesn't SEEM normal when compared to the theory of the cooling system (water/radiator/pump/thermostat/fan) or to the practice of cars. In cars with their cooling systems in good shape...
