Does the rotor only go on 1 way ? Remove the rotor and look at the wheel where the warpage is,is the wheel cut differently there ? Are all of the holes on the rotor the same size ?Is 1 bigger or smaller ? Cant help you any more sorry Did you read the repair manual ? Greg A.

what rpm is your bike running at , at idle ? a low idle can make lights dim slightly with turn signals on .a dual headlamp mod shouldnt cause you to fail an alt. Greg A.

Re: OIL!!! How often do you check it? Top of the hash marks on the stick on the center stand I check mine whenever I wash it. I have never been low ,never any carbon soot around exhaust pipe. I use 20w50 full synthetic oil .not going to mention brand in winter I use 10w30 full...
