Always looks good wet

Took me a weekend, it is very easy. Let me know if you will need any guidance. I took pictures of just about each step.

Mirrors worked perfect with the bar ends. I bought these spacers from Lowes which fit perfectly, just needed to be cut to length. When you cut them, make sure you make the throttle side a bit longer so that the mirrors don't catch the throttle. I will give you exact lengths if you end...

How did you post such a big image?

Bracket mounted to gauge - now waiting for the clamps to come in Also - headlight, housing and brackets came in today. Should have the conversion mostly done this weekend. Then I will just have to hide some of the wiring, the horn, and the turn signal relay. Any advice?

Gauge mounting bracket cut out, clamps should hopefully be in tomorrow. I will test fit before sending to get powder coated.

After messing around with the mirrors a little bit today, I figured out a way to mount them using the stock bar ends, will post pics tomorrow or this weekend. Also, I have a gauge cluster mount designed, should be made tomorrow. It will be a simple flat sheet metal bracket mounted to a pair...

How did you mount your cluster, got any better pics of that? Also, are you a volvo driver?
