It feels like because my arms are short I have to lift my head as much as possible to see. On the surface, it seems as if I just need more rise and pullback. Maybe I'm missing something, but I support myself with my core. I don't put weight on the handlebars.
Seeing as how I deadlift 650, bench 430, and squat 630 I don't think working out is going to benefit me much. I workout 3 days on, 1 day off doing strongman type work. In addition, I do Brazilian Jiu jitsu 3 days a week. It's not my cardio because I run a 7 min mile.

I already have the fz 1 bars but feel like I'm doing push-ups on the bike. I would go with fz6r bars but I'd rather just add risers. What is the most rise and pullback I can go with my setup?
I'm thinking with the FZ1 bars, which I really like, I could go with 2 inch rise 2 inch pullback. The fz1 bars, unlike the fz6 bars, are flat. Hmmm.. Now, where to get them..?
