I've only had them on for maybe 20 miles at the most. I think it is getting less or else my nose is just getting used to the smell. It might be also the high temp rtv that the instructions tell you to use where the new pipe meets the old. Maybe I put too much.

I honestly think that this is something that Yamaha should recall. Maybe all the people that this has happened to should report to the National highway safety or something to that effect. This could do harm to your engine and possibly cause an accident? Just my 2 cents.

I received my wire about two days ago. Decided to try it out on Friday the 4th of July! Took about an hour and it works flawlessly! Recommend to everyone with a FZ6!
