Getting ready to install the power commander i just purchased to go with the two brothers exhaust and k&n filter. Can someone tell me, does it matter if I do a throttle body sync with the power commander connected or should you always disconnect the power commander to do a throttle sync.

I ended up going with the black signals. ordered them a few weeks back and the website says to wait up to 5 weeks, so i still have a while to go until i recieve them. I will try to remember to post pics when i get them installed.

also i forgot to say that it idles from 1320-1440, it bounces around in increments of 60 rpms, i did check the tps and it was 15-98. i have unplugged battery before and no real difference, with the seafoam i put in about a 1/3-half a bottle to a full tank.
