Woman tries to kill biker!!!!

Wow..man, woman, or child..if I was that biker I would picked up the first hard object around me and smashed the drivers side window and then faced the drivers face. What a stupid b1tch..people are frigging insane!
 
What I found interesting is how he pulled the keys from her ignition instead of pulling her from the vehicle and beating the hell out of her lol. Good on him for making the right choice there.

Amazing restraint. Cant say as I would have been able to do the same in the heat of the moment. All I would want to do is what I posted above, blast her in the face repeatedly.

Amazing restraint would probably have been not kicking her car ;)

Still, there's no doubt that escalated beyond ridiculous.

I don't often do anything more than beeping them and wave hello at people when they're attempting to run me over. :rolleyes: You never know when someone wont realize they're actually in the wrong and will over react ... and giving them the bird or a kick wont help.

That same person may have had a **** of a day, no, it's not justification, it's just sometimes an extra kick in the balls when you're dealing with a "hand grenade" of a person... and sometimes it's just best not to give them a reason to pull the pin.
 
Didn't see what led up to it only that the motorcycle was pinched between vehicles. He appeared to be caucasian in an asian country. I can't defend either person on that one, not enough info.

Haven't been in a situation like that before and hope to never be. Sometimes I carry my .40 S&W but can't see justification for displaying or using it in that predicament (he didn't display a gun). He shouldn't have kicked her Fiat (I believe it's called "Fix It Again, Tony") though that budget Italian car will die on its own soon enough.

That, class, was an example of road rage.

It's actually in brazil, but he was lane splitting and the lady in the car tried to cut him off and the video pretty much picks up from there.

The was a news report in brazil where they interviewed both people and the lady in the car tried saying she didn't see him and was just closing the gap....What gap? There was a car right beside her was she trying to close its passenger door? And she apparently also claimed that she was just trying to defend her self from him jumping on her....looks like the only thing he jumped on was her hood to save his life!!!!

The interview info was posted on the forum i got the video from so all that may or may not be true...

Okay, why is he kicking the car? I see him looking back at the car and then he kicks the car! He may have been trying to get passed the car and was blocked? Either way it's not a good idea to kick a car. I don't care how big you think you are, the car is probably going to win. Hey I wonder if they teach that in the MSF class! I'm not defending the person for ramming the bike because that is using deadly force. But people get mad or scared even if you honk at them!

Please be careful out there people! :D

Lets call a spade a spade. The woman is a lunatic and has it out for bikers just like many cagers do. Should the guy have kicked her car, of course not. Should she have responded in the life threating way that she did, obviously not.

I am sure she did something like try to cut the guy off or close the gap to provoke the kick. I have been in that situation many times before but instead of cause a confrontation I choose to just pass in the other lane and flip them the bird along with a nice smile as I drive off.
 
I watched it again and after he was hit by the car he advanced toward the car and then the car again tried to run him down. Then I guess he was trying to get the the keys out of the car?

Yes, looks like the video starts with the biker in a tight spot between lanes looking at the woman, and presumably having some sort of verbal confrontation over a previous event, likely the cutting off discussed in the interview. The biker then angrily kicks the womans car, at which point she rams him (assault with a deadly weapon) and knocks him off the bike. He then gets up and starts walking towards the car, and the next thing you see is her driving across the road like a lunatic with him on the hood. Once the car goes over a curb or two and is stuck, the biker appears to reach inside and foreably remove the keys from the ignition.
 
If you have the time, go though the video frame by frame.

He has both feet up at first and the SUV is next to him. Then the SUV turns into him and he has to put his left foot down to not fall over.

SUV hits bike

Then it looks like the biker turns around and says something to them. Most obviously swear words are exchanged.

As he starts to leave: Biker kicks SUV

You know the rest. If you are looking for someone to blame for starting this, its the SUV.

If you want to blame who began the escalation, blame the biker.

Although with the whole experience, The SUV is at fault.

He's not ahead of the car. He's coming from behind and the car had already moved to the left. He was squeezing through the small opening and all clear but had the afterthought of kicking the car. I think car was setting up to change lanes and he decided to squeeze through. I never see the vehicle touch him and first contact is him kicking the car...
 
I've probably watched it dozens of times and the best I can tell the cars are coming to a stop, bike starts to lane split, lady try's to cut the bike off because there are 2 cars blocking her to the left so impossible to be changing lanes, biker don't like that lady tried cutting him off so kicks the car, lady goes crazy....
 
Even if the rider was initially in the wrong, the driver of that SUV really ratcheted up the situation with their decision to use deadly force. That's what it is after all. That driver decided to try to kill that rider for a minor incident. This is a nightmare situation for me. I have a tendency to give people the finger or yell at them if they aren't paying attention. I've never kicked a car, but it really doesn't take a lot to set some one off. Impossible to tell who is a few threads away from losing a screw
