Just got a puncture (Carpet Staple) in rear . It was starting to flaten out in center. Front looks good can i mix my front Pilot Road with a new PR2 Rear?

You can mix them whatever you like. You just have to remmember that they will act differently on every possible surface, will get to temp differentlly and will act differently in the rain.
When you're mixing types of tires it's usually a good idea to get softer tire on the front and harder on the rear, softer will get to temp quicker and will stick more to the asphalt.
