Ordered a new air filter element and cover on Aug17th showed up today without any notice! I had emailed them as to when it would ship, no reply, tracking number did not work. Barring the lack of communication not bad at all...good price, fairly quick, parts all in good order and correct. Looks like their statement of trying to improve is working.

same exact experience... zero communication but it was shipped fast

First off 17.97 to ship 8 dollars in tiny parts.
But get this, they put on the custom form ( I am in Canada ) a value of 191 dollars , so I got dinged 28 bucks in TAX! And on top of that one of the parts was not even in the shipment.

I have tried calling , been on hold for 4hrs! Yes 4hrs! They dont answer emails either. So beware of these guys, cheap is not always the best!
