How do you post a video from You tube. I've seen a bunch on here and I was just wondering how?

Do u copy and paste the url or the copy and paste the embeded code under it or something else.

here is the web address of a you-tube video (picked at random from their front page) with a SPACE i have entered in the middle

to post the video you just post the address like i did afterwards (i remove the space)
