Thanks Tom. I probably would have never done a naked conversion if it wasn't for Wavex's original conversion. I fell in love with that bike the first time I saw it and just had to make one for myself.

Well, the only decent photo's of my bike i have, sorta aint suitable, as they have a naked chick in them....so i posted them in the Bikes & Babes gallery

http://600riders.com/gallery/showphoto.php/photo/1060,

But here are a couple i snapped with my phone anyway...

Only mods done so far, is an exhaust de-baffle, picks of which are here...

http://www.600riders.com/forum/australia/606-ha-chillin-my-mates-5.html

and some frame sliders, or "oggy Knobs" as we call them in Oz.

Waiting for a Yamaha Smoked screen to arrive later this week, and am planning on putting a power commander on it, with subsequent dyno run, some braided lines for the brakes, a fork re-valve, and some rizoma mirrors, which i have on order. Maybe a Bellypan, if i can source one of the nice looking ones in Australia....not many parts about for FZ6's in Australia.

Are those real pics or are they pictures chopped together in Photoshop?

No, those photo's are as they were taken, the ones of just my bike were taken with my phone! The ones with the chick in them were taken in my Driveway, at the end of a Glamour shoot we were doing another day....taken with a 21 megapixel Professional Canon SLR, with lights, a sychronised flash, and a very expensive lense. no photoshop.

Just thought while we had the girl, and the gear set up, why not take a few shots with the model....

Here's a couple i took today with my crappy ol' Nikon d70, no lights, a few different lenses, no set up, done in 20 minutes, no photoshop.

Am planning to do a full shoot with the Bike, when i finish my mods.

As you will notice, in the photo's i have posted today, i now have a geniune Yamaha screen. New Rizoma Mirrors, and black bars to come, plus am going to paint the forks, radiator cover, and indicator mounts black, plus put new indicators on, and move, or remove the horn ( it really is ugly where it is, surely Yamaha could of found a better spot for it!).

But for now, i have just been taking snaps, each time i do something to it. :Flash:

And photochop usually refers to pictures that less than convincing while your pics are suspect but not terrible.

What do you consider suspect about them? The mobile phone pics i took are awful, but was just trying to get some pics up of what my exhaust looked like at a minutes notice, but as for the photo's with the model in them...Consider we had a professional stylist on hand, an experienced model, about $5000 worth of lights, and about $15000 worth of camera to take them...and a photographer who has been published regularly by Playboy, Maxim, FHM, and RALPH magazine's for over 10 years... Nothin sus, just good photography...and they were only crappy resized thumbnails, from original raw files that were about 17mb each photo.

Photoshop is for people who cant take a decent photo, or for those that want to get the effect we got without spending the money on the set up used for those snaps!

I Sound like a bitch, i know, but i hate it when people suspect good work is a result of smoke & mirrors...ie : photoshop!

It's all about good quality equipment, used properly.

Now i will get off my soapbox, and hope that you take no offence to my pointed reply oso2k.

If you go to my profile page, they should be in the albums section titled my fz6 babe.

I posted a couple of them in the Bikes & Babes section too but they dissapeared within a day...thought they may of been taken off the site. they are a little naughty, not porn, but definitely glamour...there is a difference.

That's the U.S. censorship for you.
