So today I'm in the garage tinkering with the FZ. I'm sitting on it as I'm doing it and when I go to get off I quickly discover the sidestand isn't down. Yeah, I know... :banghead:
Anyhow, the damage is limited to a broken mirror and a very minor scuff on the bottom of one side case. This is thanks to the selfless sacrifice made by my scooter.
Some pretty decent scuffs and a couple of deep scratches. However this presents me with an excuse to do something I've been thinking about for a while. I want to go from this...
... to something like this.
It won't be fast but at least it might look like it. Should be a good winter project. And if I can track down a Majesty 400 motor for a reasonable sum it WILL be fast! :rockon:
