Nice, So did you leave the OEM signals?

Cant tell from the pics, or are they stubby led ones?

i have been looking for some to fit our bike. Where did you find them?

E-bay, from the look of my search almost any mirrors made for the r6/r1 should fit. These were made for the r1/r6.

Only one stub to connect not two but works great still.

How's the field of view? Angle still good?
Those actually look cool, and a good price too.

turn signal mirrors flat black...
and in glossy black...
In case someone wanted to find them.

Idk on those. They have the double bolt at the end so idk if they would line up correctly.

great job. How do you like them. Can you rotate them at the mirror to stalk location? I was looking at these just the other day.

Sense its single bolt the entire stalk will rotate 360 degress. Then you adjust the mirror to what you want and titan the hex looking bolt mid stalk. You can titan it to a point were you can adjust on the fly if need be.

Is it just the picture, or don't the rubber covers fit around the stems of the mirrors?
It looks like you have a "Rain water opening" on top there?

Your correct, one of the reasons I got new mirrors was cause I wanted a thinner/smaller look. If you ride in rain it would prob be better if you fabed up something to cover that. I don't but prob still will for the clean look aspect.

These new one are relatively pretty smaller then stock.

Where are the new pics Brad :sinister:? Can you get some close up shots of where the mirrors bend at the fairing and on the stalks?

I had tried them too with the same results.
I had those on my last bike (GPZ500S) and although they looked better than the stockers they were cheap and felt it. More vibes too. Loads of people got them around the same time as me for the bike and most used the stock mounts instead of the ones that came with them. Don't know if you'd want to try that.

There are details on my site under GPZ500S mods.

Not the best just got home from work but these will give you a idea.

As you can see its only one bolt so it fits fine.

Mid stalk you see a little hex nut you titan this when the mirror is adjusted correctly to what you want. Either lose enough to adjust on the fly or lock in place.

I'll get some more soon.

I tried those mirrors. They DON'T work for the FZ6. They don't angle up far enough so they are useless to look out of and it actually looks really bad on the FZ cause they stick out like dog ears.

Thanks for clearing that up, I edited the first post in case someone wanted to follow the links..

Brad,
How bright are the lights in the day? Any pics? Are they bright enough to use as your main signals? If they are, those are exactly what I have been looking for. Thanks for all of the info.
