naked stock headlight???

Is there anyone offering a fairing kit to make the stock headlight naked. I've been riding mine naked like this for a while and I kind of like it. I wish there was something to cover the parts that dont look so good.. any thoughts?

I removed it and its huge... I like it without it a lot better. The wind flows better with out it for some reason..

I ride my 06 with just the headlight and windscreen. Remember the 06 windscreen covers a lot more space then the 07+

Maybe butcher a screen so it fills the hole in the middle but stops at gauges height?

Looks good. I rode mine with just the headlights and mirrors.. It some how felt a lot smaller.... Im back to stock now.. Nice bike BTW.

Did you have to do any cutting? I have an 06 and it looks like it's all one piece...

It's not, just keep disassembling and it'll all come apart.

TBH I haven't seen my fairings or stock headlight in a year and a half - so my memory is fuzzy.

Take off the Mirrors, windscreen and inner fairings first. From there I think you might have to unscrew the whole thing from the fairing stay (front center) and then you'll have to pull it all off (unplug wires) and take it apart from there, off the bike. One of these guys would know better since I haven't messed with this mod style, I'm using an aftermarket headlight instead of the modified stock.

sorry for not noticing this before. All the front plastics are off and the windscreen is just attached with zip ties. Doing this would only work on pre 07 fz6 since they changed the windscreen to a smaller style
