Sorry dude, but I gotta say those pictures make me :D - they'd be idea for a caption competition.

My first idea for a caption would be:-

"Ghostrider realised he shouldn't ride his commuter bike at night too late""

or

"The Fazer was looking HOT, maybe too HOT!"

Any more captions people??? :BLAA:

Im also using the radial tokico calipers and the radial brake pumb.
If you need any photos or any fitting details, dont hesitate to ask.
It is not a problem to post some more photos and explain how i did it.

This is my progress for today.
Im working very slow with the bike.
It is winter and there is no rush!
In this faze i have to fit all the parts together before the paint job.
I have to finish with the subframe the rear suspension and the rear fork before i'll continue with the painting.
Does any body like my new full fairing kit?
I also decide to change my exhausts. I will keep the akrapovic and im giving away my old pair.
The last picture shows a small part from the new carbon frame covers that im working these days. Im sure you are gonna love them when you see them!

Im building them myself! Im making carbon construction for myself and for some friends when i have enough free time.
The picture that i've posted shows only a small part from my right cover.
It is not finished yet and i havent started building the left one yet.
The materiel is a little bit expensive (almost 100 euros) but im sure it worth it!

I've created a new post concerning the usd forks.
Check it out if you are interested!

The latest update for my project is that i've installed the Power commander AND the wideband commander, i've finished the carbon fiber frame covers and i've installed akrapovic carbon exhaust from a yamaha R1 modified to fit my fazer.
I've also changed the colour of the subframe and rear swing arm to black mat.
Im working really slow but its still winter here and i have more than a month available to finish my project.

I've also finished with the rear sock absorber. I've changed the spring and i've lowered the tail 2cm by removing 7mm from the rear suspension.
I will post the pictures soon. I dont have enough time today.

This is what i did to my airbox.
Know the air flow is bigger and the air hits directly the air filter.
The noise that comes under the fuel tank is incredible!

This is my exhaust system.
I bought a pair of carbon akrapovic cans from a KTM dukeII in a very good price and i've fitted them to my fz6.
I wanted to do something tottaly custom.
First of all i've measured the length that i needed to create the cans and after that i tear them apart so i can work properly.

All the rivets are made from stainless steel.

The cans are finished and looks great!

After i've finished with the cans i had to create the link pipes.
It was quite difficult to make that happen.
I've tried to avoid 90 degree corners for better flow.

Of course the catalytic converter was gone!

I also had to find a proper place to fit the Lamda sensor for the wideband commander.

Here you can see the cans, the link pipes and the brackets that i've created to fit the cans to my subframe.

This the bracket fitted on the cans.

The bike has finished. Everything is working just fine but i thing its better to post some picture from my work before i post the bike itself.

You can notice to the previous pictures that the right side of the frame is silver and the left one is black!
You cannot notice that at once but if you have a closer look you can see the left carbon frame cover.
Further information about that you will have the following days.

Im building this bike the last five months only when i have free time.
I don't post that often because i dont have enough time.

I will try to post quick the next photos.
