I painted my rims gold

After a minor accident last fall i changed the color of my bike to black. over the last weekend i decided to paint the rims gold. what do you think?

I think it looks awesome! Gold on black has always been a classic color combo. Nice work!

Looks great man! I've been kicking around the idea of doing that too, but I have a silver frame and engine so I was thinking about maybe black frame, gold engine, gold wheels or gold frame black engine gold wheels or any other combo. I'd like to see it in photo shop before I made any decisions though.

I too have an 09 in fastest faster blue, and I have been wondering how the gold/blue would look (and I had the WRX thought as well). A little photoshop later and this is what I came up with.

the 09 FZ1 came in blue with gold rims. its the darker blue, although the cobalt blue is kinda like the WRX blue, so it should look pretty good.
