I keep falling in love with my FZ6

So do I. When I get off it's like that commercial where everyone keeps rubber necking back to their car.

But I just found out that I'm having shoulder surgery for my unstable shoulder April 14th. That means I won't be able to ride for awhile still. Sucks but I'll be so happy once I'm recovered.

Keep on lovin' and keep on riding :Sport:

Barb! Great photos. Glad to see you took the game out of Texas. Hopefully it will start coming up this way so I can take a stab at it.

You still planning on riding up here on the 27th for the IBA?

Great analogy! I agree totally...I do the same thing! Good vibes for a successful outcome on the shoulder surgery.

Yes I am, Bryan. The regionals info should be posted very soon. I know that Kevin is working on getting it all organized as best he can, considering his work schedule and all.

Yep...I'm loving mine too. Just got past that 1k break-in.
Much better riding than the VTX 1800 I traded for it. I do have to say one
thing about my beloved cruisers though...they are more comfortable. My hands
ache on this FZ just like they did back in 2001 on a YZF 600 R I had for a year
before going back to cruisers. Any way I can help hand pain, especially the gas
hand?
Other than that, it's great. I'm trying to sell a gorgeous 6 string bass, if anyone
is a musician, and may be interested. I need the money for pipes. Yeah, I've
already started the mods after only a month!

Coming from a cruiser to a sport touring bike like the FZ6 one might have to adjust the riding position. When I am riding the FZ6, I hardly put any weight on my hands. Most of the weight is supported by my lower back and legs. On a crotch rocket like the ZX-6R or R6, it's hard not to have weight on the wrists, but eh you do what you can. Hope this helps.
