Hi all,
Just wondering what kind of things I could do to my 2011 FZ6R to really make it look my own. I don't want performance mods, I love the feel of the bike at the moment and everything seems pretty perfect. Would only possibly consider lowering it a tiny bit some time.
But I want some things to do to it to make the looks of it stand out, at the moment it's just the average old black with a tiny bit of red. I have recently put new clear indicators on and a tidy tale but that's it. (Not in photo)

Hi and welcome to the FZ6 forum... You could powder coat the remaining silver bits black, add some red rim tape, and see if an FZ6 S2 swing arm would drop in there. Cosmetically they look nicer and they are black too.
Pull the bars, triple clamp and rear sets and change the color. I did the rear sprocket too. Of course it never hurts to polish the headers either.

Do you know where abouts I could buy a FZ6 S2 swing arm and what it would sting me?
Already got some red rim tape on, it looks nice!
Maybe I should replace a few parts with red or something so give it a bit of a more interesting look!

Would the SS break lines be able to be painted or powder coated or something?
Or get coloured ones maybe?

They come in MANY different colors. Mine are HEL lines.

Click on this link and pick your color:
HEL Brake Lines For Yamaha FZ6R (2007-2010)

The stock set line design (over the front fender), IMO is easier and looks cleaner than the TWO front separate "racing lines" and no mods to make them fit.

I would recommend staying away from Chinese knock off lines...

Here and ebay are the likely spots. Parts are cheap, just wait for the price you are willing to pay.
Are you on 600cc.org ? Surely if the S2 swing arm fits, somone on there has done it. Granted that forum is like watching paint dry or oak tree grow, but someone will answer. Give it a few days...
