Looks cool. Can you write details of the mods?
It looks like you have changed cam heads. Also clutch slave lever has changed.
Ignition lock replacement also looks nice.
What about the top yoke, which brand is it?
Also levers look different.
Is it direct fit with changing ecu, and throttle body and cylinder head?
Did you also change cylinder gasket with thinner R6 gasket?
How did it feel after all?
How does it feel in low and mid rpm? (2000-6000)
Does it have more torque or low torque in low rpm?
I always wanted more torque in low rpm, some riders changed cams with R6 cams but it didn't afffect low and mid rpm torque.
You've changed also throttle bodies, it would make a huge difference, by the way how did you fit it under the fuel tank? Is it direct fit?
Fazil, you don't have to swap heads, just the valve cover and cams. Basically you need the cam position sensor for that ecu and COP (coil over plug) setup to work. The fuel pumps pressure regulator is 46psi so you need that too with the return style pump IIRC, so the extra fitting is needed too for fuel return. It snaps into pump body.
OP that is a lot of work! Good job! Hopefully the parts were cheap and runs well at all speeds!
My torque from 4500rpm to 15500rpm did not stop
These jobs are not easy
Increase the low speed torque ignition signal +3°
The clutch spring uses 03-05R6

As time permits, can post the power output curve and fuel ratio???
It looks like a port match and polish. The exhaust was done too, yes? As for the YEC harness, does that allow more access the fueling and timing features of the ECU or does this ECU offer that?
Did you buy a wrecked R6 for this swap?
Thanks for the info!
Nadda.... to take the head off, valve cover goes first.
So, can R6 coil packs be removed and installed without taking engine apart?
