Hey people - I was gonna post this on the local Southwest subforum but it looked pretty dead so if you guys don't mind, I'll leave this thread in the most popular forum so that as many people as possible can see it!

I don't know the guy - I'm just trying to help. I know this board has a ton of members from Cali so I thought I'd help our fellow rider spread the word and see if we can find any witnesses.
