I wonder how they would classify this, as a motorcycle or a scooter. Normally it's rated by the CC, and I think you have to have at least 125CC to drive on a highway. (I could be wrong)

Having a range of 50 miles is pretty cool and I don't think it's that expensive at just under 10K when you consider the over all cost adding fuel into the mix.

Saying all that it looks more like a dirtbike than a streetbike, well they all kinda look the same to me, just minor differences.
