F/s '06 fz6 -$3200 **SOLD** I'm selling my beloved FZ6 for financial reasons. Bike is in perfect mechanical condition with 12k miles. Front and rear tires replaced in August with Bridgestone BT-016; plenty of tread left. Oil was changed regularly and chain kept lubricated. Personally built...

Any financial planner or accountants out there?

That's what I was hoping to hear. It's a sad thing, having to sell her; she was beyond good to me. The sad thing, I won't be able to buy one new... ever.

So... no gain, no loss? Just back to what it was when I pulled out the loan?

Any financial planner or accountants out there?

Sad day: I'm having to sell the bike; I can't afford it anymore. I bought the bike in Feb with a loan and haven't missed/been late on any payments. My question: if I sell the bike now (after 10 months of ownership) what will this do to my credit score? The whole scoring system is pretty...

    Moto Pak GTS-60 mounting

I recently purchased these saddlebags and i'm really impressed with the initial quality. However, upon trying to mount them, I'm having alot of trouble finding mounting points. removing front tire.........?

I never thought about just leaving the calipers... good eye. As far as the scissor jack, it's very similar to what the dealership uses, they just have the benefit of someting specially made that disributes the force over a larger surface.

    Secret menu on FZ6 dash

Wow, I tried this on my 06 with no results. I wonder if they changed something for the 09?

Average height of a FZ6 rider

6'2", bike feels just fine to me. However, I also look big on the bike. Saw myself in a reflection on an FJR and realized what people were talking about (looked perfectly natural on that one). Here's something for juxtaposition: I let my dad (6'6") ride my buddy's Ninja 250R (the new one) and...
