Clock always on?

Hi, i just bought my first bike, FZ6 and.... even if its been 10 minutes she's been sitting outside, the clock is still showing on the cluster.... is it normal?? (if not... is there something i can do )(can it actually drain the 2 years old battery?)

Not sure the the year of your bike or if it matters, but on my 05 the clock is on all the time. Never drained the battery.

Yup, clock stays on, this is normal. No concern of battery drain, miniscule draw.

S-2,Second Generation,'07 and newer,What ever you call it.
You have to push one of the buttons to look at the clock when the ignition is off.
