I found an interesting thread on the fz1 forum site and I wonder if the same thing is on the fz6?150hp <--> 100hp - Yamaha FZ1 Forums - International FZ1 Motorcycle Community Forum .
Would be great if we had sneaky hp gains hidden away.:thumbup:

-Press X-X-X-Triangle-Square
-Jump on King Koopas head
-As soon as the stars start spinning above his head
-Triangle-Triangle-Triangle
-Zelda will appear with a magic Apple
-Eat it and fall asleep
-When you dream you'll be riding an FZ1 with more HP

I think I saw a post somewhere about CO adjustment and there is a jumper in the harness involved.

Press Select three times, hold down Reset and Select, turn throttle to full turn, half turn, full turn, turn ignition to Off, turn it back On, hold Reset for three seconds, then trade in your FZ6 on an FZ1. Instant horespower increase.
