Mine arrived a couple of days ago. Very pleased with it, it looks great too! Did 6 hours riding and with only one petrol stop, nothing went numb

I have A Deluxe seat. I did 5000 km on it and i absolutely love it. Would not wanna drive my FZ6 without one

Does the standard seat raise your seat height?
I'm 5' 8" (172.72 centimeters for the metric folks) and I need all the height I can get.
I may get the lowered seat.

I also emailed TS and asked about what material is closest to the stock seat.

The SEL047 is the most similar to the material used by Yamaha but the SEL003 is not bad, it is the standard material we usually use, not slippery but not sticky neither.

I've had my TS seat for a year now and absolutly love it. Very comfortable on long rides. Best money for your rear end you can spend. You will not regret it at all. SOOOOOOOOOOO Comfortable. :thumbup:

I got the gel. No regrets. You should be fine without it, though.
