Appear to have a sticky or hard to twist throttle. Any idea on maintenance?

Here are some pictures of my grotty throttle, I just stripped it down and cleaned and lubed the cables. I also removed the rust from the bar end. So much rain here lol.
When putting the cables back into the guide make sure you remember which one is the throttle open cable and which one is the close cable.
It's a bit fiddly but takes about 30 minutes to really clean and lube the cables.

I used a can of oil with a 22F cannula liberated from work to apply the oil.
