Why have you chosen your FZ6 style? (please Note: Countries without a Naked or Sports variant can submit according to what they would have purchased if the option was available)

I could have had any bike i wanted (within reason) But from the moment i saw her there in the dealer i new straight away that it was love at first sight, I had to have it.
Its a great relationship. I spend money on her, she lets me throw my leg over whenever i want.;) and never complains.

My opinion changes daily, I love the look of the FZ, naked, 1/2 faired and fully faired.

I have an R6 fairing hanging up in my garage right now in anticipation of my next project, I am hoping to come up with a system that will allow me to go from fully faired to naked and back again within 30 minutes or less, depending on my mood. :D

I am already there.....FZ6N for the street, that converts into an FZ6 Cup bike for the track....same bike, different seat and seat unit, clip-ons, single GYTR exhaust, small fibreglass front fairing & screen...and you are there.

I'm with you, MATTYA - I was having lessons in Joondalup and saw her a dealership. After I got my licence I went back and she was still there - had to have her. Fell in love. She's the same as yours - Competition White.

I went for the naked because it was cheaper. Having come from fully faired bikes before and not having previously owned a naked bike I didn't realise quite how much I would miss the fairing in wet windy weather. In hindsight I should have gone for faired.

A nice bit of information for Yamaha marketing and it didn't cost them a cent!
Seems both are as popular as each other.
Mind you, with a STRONG HEADWIND, I think the Fazer has a few advantages that outweigh the ease of getting to the gear where the fairing hinders access.
Thanks for contributing.

some people choose the practicality for their bikes, some choose looks.

Wasn't even considering a faired bike, so naked was the obvious choice :p
Best looking 600 naked on the market IMHO.
That and manly men don't worry about little things like rain and wind :D:ban::spank:

I wanted a naked bike. I was really looking into the SV650N, but the FZ6 really rode too well to pass up. Wish it were available nekid here from the factory.
I still want to convert it, but we'll see how it goes.
