Stock Front Sprocket and 48T Rear...any trouble?

I ordered a new stock front sprocket from yamaha because of the rubber on it and it was cheap but I wanted to go +2 in the rear to help with gearing a little. I choose a 48T Vortex Sprocket. I picked up a DID 530VM Xring chain with 120 links. If the stock setup of 16t/46t had a chain of 118 links, then the 16t/48t with 120 links should fit right? *gulp* lol :BLAA:
