I saw this posted on a car forum I'm on when it first came out and whether or not the trooper was in the wrong, stopping to mock an injured person is pretty rough...

While I certainly don't approve of anyone taunting another hurt individual, I wonder why his dash-cam wouldn't have picked up footage of "getting cut off by two bikers". Perhaps he just took the ramp too quickly and lost control of his cruiser.

The part where they taunt him is totally uncalled for. Even if he was wrong and/or erred. This was totally wrong from too many standpoints. Looks like revenues will be nice and fat from motorcycle citations in that area now. Even chimps are smarter than this. There goes their bike nights!
