So just installed the new exhaust and Can't seem to remove one of the baffles. Anyone got any tricks on how to resolve this issue. The 2 bolts are removed. Right side slides out with a little bit of force but the left pulls out a bit then gets completely stuck.

Mine didn't come with DB killers. I bought them from England but couldn't ever get mine fully in they were so tight.

If they (it) doesn't want to come out, perhaps some spray penetrating oil, then start the bike and get the pipes hot.
I would think the DB killer would cool faster (contract) and come out easier.

I forgot if there's anything in the "inner" end you could snag and yank out.

Worse case scenario, a small, thin vise grip on what's sticking out, then gently tap outwards with a hammer..Should come out...

I can't try till Friday. Scorpion got back to me and told me to take the silencer off and insert a broom stick handle in the inlet side and gentle tap out to baffle. I'll update Friday night
