Some of you guys know that my father-in-law Patrick was fighting Colon cancer.
Sadly Paki passed away early yesterday evening. Paki had been unwell since starting his second course of pallative Chemotherapy last month.
Over the weekend he had become very unwell.
I took him to Hospital and he was admitted with a Chemotherapy related infection.
His condition declined very quickly until he passed away peacefully in the presence of his family.
My wife and I are Nurses and we knew that he was living on borrowed time. So we arranged a trip in January for him to go and see his life long football club Manchester UTD. Paki was well traveled including 5 years working in construction in Australia. However, he had never managed to get to Man U.
I went with him, and we had three great days away, full of chat, laughs, reminiscing and beer. We did the "Theater of dreams" tour and watched Man U beat there fiercest rival Man City 5-3 in a FA cup tie.
I took some photos whilst there but I had the settings of my camera wrong. The photos just dont look as good as they could.
If anyone could spare some time to have a look at adjusting them I would be very grateful.
Thanks
Neil
