QUICK! What is the headlight seal adhesive?

I need to know the product used to seal the headlight after a HID mod. What "glue" works to get it back together where the original had gaps after removal?

Varying thickness of butyl rubber. Best sealed with heat.... Some glass shops will carry it too!

re-seal it the same way you pulled it apart. set the lenses on the housings in place, heat it in the oven, remove from oven and press the lenses into place and attach the clips.

I kind of got the impression you could reseal your headlight just once using the orginal adhesive after heating the housing and lenses then pressing together. Worked fine for me.

When I pry them apart a second time for re-assembly I will get replacement sealant. Thanks Randy for the link
