Pro taper bars .best ride ever

I put pro taper moto cross bars on my 2007 FZ6 and it keeps me in the up right and ready position very comfortable and i can still tuck down behind my wind screen at high speeds.

Are those the high rise ones? I have them on my dirt bike and they are great. I like my FZ1 bars for now! Anything is better than the stockers.

How close do they get to the tank at full lock? I dont like how the stocker bars squash your fingers. Ive turned them a bit but still too close to the tank. Does if feel like a really fast MX'R now?

they dont come close to the tank. and i ride the track with them and there great

Hmm...this is something to consider. My neck is all to hell after an hour ride. Hoped moving to this bike from the R6 would be enough, but still enough forward lean that the weight of the helmet is brutal. What's the deal with the FZ1 bars? Are they a little higher?
