My stator cover is scraped up, and I would like to make it look good again. Has anyone found some paint that matches reasonably close? Thanks

Details - before sanding always wipe the area with Prep-Sol and a clean oil free cloth to remove oils and silicone from the surface. Lacquer thinner or Acetone are good substitutes.

This will reduce the chances of surface impurities being spread into the paint & metal and blisters forming later. Of course, Clean often and certainly before the paint or primer is applied.
