i decided the windscreen needed to be changed so i grabbed the sandpaper and rattle can and went to work...
painted my windscreen (rattle can)

the screen was previously painted black inside and out. i only did the outside.
I used high gloss rustoleum spray paint. 3 coats of white and 3 coats of clear gloss and yes i did sand between coats. I got the lettering from staples and the logo i had made at a store in a mall near me.

cant turn it right side up for it is under 3 coats of clear gloss. I think it flows better with the logo upside down tho. Most people wont notice lol. my signals are all messed up but i am waiting for flush mounts to arrive in the mail. lol thanks for the constructive criticism though

It looks better than my stocker with lil white spots from PO washing it with ??? :spank: And i agree 100% that most people wont notice. Unless their familliar with yamaha motorsports or music equipment they probably wont recognize the symbol to tell which way is which.Thought about painting inside of mine black but I'm afraid it'll make the spots even more noticeable
I painted my 09 stock windscreen...better for summer.

I did mine I used krylon fusion paint works great with plastics
