New FZ6 rider!

Hi all, figured I would post a brief introduction and a little about me. So here we go, my name is Russ, I am originally from Ukraine. Currently live in the the states, to be specific I've lived in Central New Jersey for 8 years and now I moved to North NJ (Wayne) area for job purposes. So I guess the next question is what I do for a living. Well I've done many things in my life, but for the past year, I've been a car salesman, first I started with a Nissan dealership, and after a couple months I went for the opportunity to work for a quite large Mazda dealer which turned out to be a bummer

Other than that I am a big motor head, I love working on cars, taking them out to car shows and race tracks. I've done pretty much everything from Auto-Cross, to Drag racing and my favorite of all, Redline Time Attack. And here are the toys

1993 Silver Mazda RX-7 2rotor twin-turbo imported from the mother land:

1991 Red Mazda Miata

2007 Velocity Red Mica MazdaSpeed 6

And then a couple months ago I picked up a brand new, right off of the showroom 2009 FZ-6 :rockon:

Some awesome cars, especially that RX7! :drool:

I bought a 2003 Mazda Protege a few years ago, and it has been an excellent car. Mazdas are reliable and awesome looking cars.

Protege is a great car, I've seen them last way past 200,000 miles. I was actually considering getting a mazdaspeed protege for the commute before I got the FZ.

Nice cars! Great bike! You'll like it on this forum. As someone already said ATGATT! Watch those OEM tires ((look like BT020's) and tire temps before you go hard on them. Enjoy that new bike. It's one of the best all round machines you'll ever find whether your putting it on the track or throwing bags on it for a trip! :rockon:

Haha nice! I got my brand new 07 model, had it for 3 years, parting her out BTW if your interested Im selling all the aftermarket parts on it. Intake, inlet, FMIC, TBE, AccessPort, nice car-let flush tail lights that you cant get anymore etc..
