luggage questions

hi im not a new rider but am a bit new to the FZ6. i have a question on the luggage placement. i have seen many photos on here of bikes in "touring" mode with the side case on the rear area. my question is; do these interfere with a ppassenger riding? i would love to set mine up in COMLETE touring mode to go camping but i also want to bring my girlfriend along. i am just curious on what luggage pieces i could put and still have a passenger.

I would start with soft side bags. These give you just as much storage as some popular hard cases, but you can adjust them (either front or back) to suit your rider's legs and feet. This is what I have for now and it works just fine. A lot cheaper than a hardcase setup, and you can always resell the soft bags to fit almost any bike. My passenger has never really complained about the bags. It only makes getting on/off a little more inconvenient than before for her.

If you place the luggage properly, they won't interfere with your passenger at all.

I have hard Givi cases all around and no they do not interfere with the passenger.
