Luggage Locker - still in business?

Does anyone know if Luggage Locker (Motorcycle Luggage from Luggage Locker) is still actively in-business? I have one of their locking tank-mount bags and had a technical question. So far I have been unable to contact anyone. I think the customer service number goes straight to Leslie Alderman, the owner and founder.

I have enjoyed the products (also have a tail bag) just need some help with something. So anyone else tried to contact them recently?
