Left Reno-Lake Tahoe Int'l Airport Thursday Morning for:
My ride curbside at Sea-Tac:
Inside the showroom, she sits waiting. 2014 Multistrada ST
You damn right it's sold!
The team at Ducati of Seattle was wonderful. Everything was done over the phone and it was easy peasy. Got a great deal on a leftover 14, had 4 miles on the clock.
Now the trip back down to Reno was a different story. Just happens the largest Pacific Storm to hit the Pacific Northwest was yesterday afternoon/evening. The entire 225 mile ride down to Salem Oregon, where I planned to spend the night was a torrential downpour. The wind was horrific and most of the ride was in the dark. My LED's along with my LED Auxillary lights that I had installed made thing better. The bike handled very well in the rain. However, my rain gear failed miserably. My Frogg Toggs and my Gortex Boots were no match against mother nature.
My parking spot at the hotel.
Today's ride was mostly dry, but just damn cold. LOL, I have burn marks on the palm of my hands from the heated grips. I had it on max the entire 10+ hours today. 750 miles on the clock in just over 24 hrs.
New addition to keep the Fizzer company.
