How much did you $spend on your fz6? $7200

Last week I paid 5500 otd for an 07 with 10K led blinkers raised bars smoked windscreen and frame sliders already installed. Plus fresh oil and filter, chain cleaned and lubed and new tires.
 
07 never dropped or layer. Rim tape grip puppies. Aerostich heated grips fender eliminator brand new tires. Another set of unmounted tires corbin seat 2 sets of ebc double h brake pads and a one piece alpinestar full leather suit......2972 miles=$3000. Not bad it was my neighbors wives bike she bought a fz1. My wife wrecked my 07 buell 1125 cr on mothers day ....low sided at 53 mph a week later she left the hospital minus - a spleen. She didn't even catch a spot of road rash. So this was my replacement bike.......I love it and don't miss the buell at all

Purchased my 2009 used with 624 miles on it. Bike cover, Helmet, 2 pairs of gloves, riding Jacket, battery tender, and riding boots. 4500 + 464 in taxes and registration
 
I bought my 2006 FZ6 for $3799 ($4150 drive out (7% sales tax here)) with 6600 miles on it. I has a seat cowl, Puig windscreen, LED turn signals, full lower faring, fairly new Shinko Verge tires.
 
I got mine for $8800 if I recall correctly. Alsmost $10k out the door, I got ripped off I know :( It was a lesson learned! I did get a $500 extendend warranty with gloves and a helmet. Bought it while I was in Cali.

The price they posted for my 2009 was $5800 but traded in a bike and got it for $4200. 0 miles on it right off the floor a month ago. Purchased it in East Jordan Michigan.

Man I really did overpay then lol. That was with my trade in too! I didnt get much for my trade though. Oh well....cant do much about it now:rockon:

I dont know I think you might have over payed alittle and he got a really good deal. that's the lowest price I've ever seen
 
I picked up a 2006 FZ6 w/ 7700 miles equipped with a Two Brothers Exhaust last month. The previous owner did have a slow speed tip over and damaged the fairing which I removed anyways to go naked. The bike had a dead battery and wouldnt start. The starting issue was simply a blown fuse. I guess the owner assumed the bike was'nt worth much since it wouldnt start and was laid down.
I only paid $950 for the bike, taxes were $20.51 and license/registration was $70.50. And yes this was a legit sale and I have the title, I have put about 1,000 miles on it already and love it every mile.

I paid $6350 out the door for my brand new '09 last year in May. Bike, title, doc fees, tax, registration, etc. 14,000+ miles so far and I'm LOVIN IT! This forum is excellent.
 
California- 5999.99 before taxes and fees
After California's taxes and fees 10,000.00 haha it was around 6,800.00 with lojack and warranty.

Just bought my Fz6 after my Vstrom was totalled.

4,000.00 for an 2008 with 6k miles is perfect condition! Love it
 
Just picked up an '08 about a week ago with 2,936 miles on it for $2800. The guy was having a baby. :) Only flaw is a scrape on the left mirror. Bike was located about forty minutes shy of Santa Barbara, about a 2 hour drive for myself.
 
wow...thought i got a good deal on an 06 for $3800, but you guys put me to shame!

I feel pretty good about my purchase price after looking at that first page.

I bought my 2006 new in January of 2007 for $5,399 ($6,100 OTD). The dealership just wanted to dump it to make room for the 2007 models.
