Just wondering how much experience everyone here has when it comes to riding on two wheels. I'm only counting miles out on public roads.

Right now I'm at 17K miles since I started riding in May of 2011. I feel like I've learned an incredible amount in that time. Interested in hearing and seeing everyone's experiences.

Bought my first bike (fizz) at the ripe old age of 34 in April of 2012 and put 7k on her and counting every frigid mile. Have a few hundred over the years on other rides.

Have every intention doing 10k next year. Might even go for a saddle sore 1000, too.

About 50k miles.

I seem to ride more and more each year. Last year I rode WELL into the winter and more or less all winter long. This year was my "Dont care of it's raining" year where I started commuting rain or shine. I went 2.5 months without driving my car.

I also did my first two track days this year and realized how much I had to learn, even with 50k miles under my belt.

As with Jerry, I've been riding since the late '60's and totaling up the many bikes I've owned and ridden I have to put myself over the 100K mark on your survey. Man I'm old....:(

First bike last year was a gs500 I only put a 1000 miles on. This April I bought the FZ and put over 6000 so far, and plan on riding all winter. I figure I'll put on 10-12k per year.

My FJR was just shy of 90K when a deer killed it. Had about 20k on the FZ6 & FZ1 plus the 7.5k I put on my KTM this year. Add another at least 50k on the 6 dual sports I have owned. Man that's a lot of tires

approx 72,000 km's on the fz6 and about 30,000 Km's on my previous bike, plus some on my 50cc when I was 16 and plenty of km's on my pushbikes.
This puts me in the 60-100k miles group

I've been riding off and on since 1985. 14,500 on the 07 FZ6, 5000+ on my wifes 2003 XT225. I ride her 2006 Ninja500 when it might rain. I used to ride her ninja 250 alot when she had that. Had a 1981 Honda 750K, and started on a 1982 nighthawk 450, not sure hom many miles I put on the older bikes, but likey less than 50,000 miles total.

16,500 miles in 15 months. Started riding in September 2011. All of it for pleasure, I don't commute to work as I have a take home car (with lights and a siren). Have slowed down racking up the miles since I've been spending more time at Melody's. Can't bring both to dogs with me on the bike.

Really haven't kept a lifetime figure, but probably over 100k and still learn something everyday, since I ride everyday, rain or shine. I currently have 84k on my FZ alone.
