Holding on to the bars law?

Does anyone know of a specific law which states you must always have one or both hands on the handlebars? Besides something like reckless driving I'm wondering if a cop can stop you specifically for not having your hands on the bars while moving.

u must have at least 1 hand controlling the bike, otherwise how would you flip up your visor if you needed to but i will look into the exact law about that.

i've always wondered about this because i like to stretch my arms out sometimes....
