The unexpected death of someone you know always triggers feelings of remorse and sadness as you have not been able to say goodbye properly. My sincerest condolences to you and his family.

I extend my deepest sympathy to his family, and extended family including yourself, Dave. Rider or not, the man had a family at home and I can't imagine the pain for them.
